考虑趋肤效应的磁致伸缩位移传感器输出特性

针对磁致伸缩位移传感器检测精度偏低的问题,文中提出了一种考虑趋肤效应的磁致伸缩位移传感器输出电压计算模型.在阐述磁致伸缩位移传感器工作原理的基础上分析了趋肤深度的影响,并考虑在威德曼效应和压磁效应的作用下进行理论分析.通过激励脉冲信号作用在波导丝上产生的趋肤深度,对激励脉冲电流在不同频率下作用在波导丝时与磁致伸缩位移传感器输出电压的关系进行仿真.采用搭建的实验平台进行验证,得出了激励脉冲电流频率的最佳参数值.仿真实验验证了考虑趋肤效应作用下磁致伸缩位移传感器输出电压模型的正确性,进一步提高了磁致伸缩位移传感器的检测精度并丰富了其数学模型.
Output Characteristics of Magnetostrictive Displacement Sensor Considering Skin Effect
In view of the low detection accuracy of magnetostrictive displacement sensor,a calculation model of output voltage of magnetostrictive displacement sensor considering skin effect is proposed in this study.On the baisis of explaining the working principle of the magnetostrictive displacement sensor,the influence of skin depth is ana-lyzed,and the Wiedemann effect and piezomagnetic effect are considered for theoretical analysis.The relationship be-tween the excitation pulse current and the output voltage of the magnetostrictive displacement sensor is simulated by the skin depth generated by the excitation pulse signal acting on the waveguide wire at different frequencies.The opti-mal parameter value of excitation pulse current frequency is obtained using the experimental platform.Simulation ex-periments verify that the correctness of the output voltage model of the magnetostrictive displacement sensor consider-ing the skin effect,indicating that the proposed model further improves the detection accuracy of the magnetostrictive displacement sensor and enriches the mathematical model.
