Durability Assessment Method and Engineering Application Analysis of Urban Underground Concrete Structures
A timely durability assessment of urban underground concrete structures is a crucial step in ensuring long-term stability,safety,reducing maintenance costs,and promoting green building practices.This work followed the principles of technical feasibility,economic viability,and ease of on-site implementation,and proposed a simplified method for assessing the durability of urban underground concrete structures.This method includes an assessment procedure,durability classification,durability inspection and typical environmental durability assessment.This approach enables a rapid evaluation of the durability of urban underground concrete structures and the assignment of durability grades,providing valuable guidance for maintenance and upkeep.Case studies applying the simplified durability assessment method have shown results consistent with actual engineering conditions.It demonstrates good operability,readily obtainable evaluation conclusions,and effectively guides maintenance practices for urban underground structures.
