摘要

永善县位于云南省东北部,是云南省受地质灾害影响最严重的区域之一.根据云南省永善县地质灾害精细化调查与风险评价工作统计,县域内共有滑坡地质灾害隐患点 398 个,占全县 540 个地质灾害隐患点的一半以上,滑坡是永善县危害程度最大的地质灾害.本文选取了工程地质岩组、水系密度、道路距离、人类活动、构造距离、高程、地类和坡度作为评价因子,与 10a 平均降雨量和永善县地震动峰值加速度区划相叠加得出危险性指标,将人口密度、物质密度和经济密度三者归一化后叠加得到易损性,基于信息量法,使用地理信息系统(GIS)空间分析技术,进行风险性评价.所得结果与永善县滑坡地质灾害现状吻合,为县政府开展防灾减灾工作与地质灾害风险管控提供依据.

Abstract

Yongshan County is located in the northeast of Yunnan Province,which is one of the areas are most affected by geological disasters in Yunnan Province.According to the detailed survey and risk assessment of Yunnan Province,a total of 398 landslide geological disasters were found in Yongshan County,it accounts for more than half of the 540 geological hazards in the county,so the landslide geological hazards are the most harmful hazards in Yongshan County.This paper has selected engineering geological rock group,the density of water system,the distance of roads,human activities,the distance of structure,height,the kinds of lands,and the slope as the factors for assessment,and the risk index was obtained by superimposing the data of 10-year average rainfall and the peak acceleration zone of earthquake in Yongshan County,normalizing and then superimposing the density of population,material and economic to obtain the vulnerability,based on the information computation method,by using the spatial analysis technology of geographic information system(GIS)to do the risk assessment.The results are consistent with the current situation of landslide geological disasters in Yongshan County,which can provide a basis for the prevention and mitigation of geological hazards and the risk management of geological hazards for the government.
