基于模糊层次分析法的尾矿库风险评价

摘要
尾矿库是矿山生产的重要设施,是矿企修建的环保工程,但其重力势能较高,具有溃坝风险,且尾矿砂含有害元素,对环境存在较大威胁,建立尾矿库风险评价体系迫在眉睫[1-3].本研究以全国重点地区生态调查为背景,以河南省洛钼集团某尾矿库为例,经野外调研结合高分二号(GF-2)遥感影像,建立了库属性、库环境、地质背景、日常管理 4 层次 16 指标的尾矿库风险评价模型.运用模糊层次分析法,对不同层次进行权重比较构造判断矩阵,归一化各指标权重,并对指标因子的独立性进行一致性检验.将尾矿库风险划分为 4 种等级并计算其得分区间,求得各区间的隶属度情况,根据最大隶属度原则,得到各指标的归一化评价矩阵.根据归一化评价结果计算出该尾矿库最终得分为 75.380,其风险评价为低风险.
Abstract
The tailings reservoir is an important facility of mine production and an environmental protection project built by mining enterprises,but its gravity potential energy is high,and it has the risk of dam break,and the tailings sand contains harmful elements,which is a great threat to the environment,it is urgent to establish the risk evaluation system of tailing reservoir[1-3].Based on the background of national ecological investigation in key areas,a tailing pond of Luomu Group in Henan province was taken as an example,the risk assessment model of 4 levels and 16 indexes of reservoir attributes,reservoir environment,geological background and daily management is established.By using fuzzy analytic hierarchy process(FAHP),the weights of different levels are compared to construct judgment matrix,normalize the weights of each index,and test the independence of index factors.The risk of the tailing reservoir is divided into four grades and the scoring intervals are calculated,and the membership degrees of each interval are obtained.According to the result of normalization evaluation,the final score of the tailings reservoir is 75.380,and it is low risk.
