大型振动台试验饱水白云岩相似材料配比研究

为开展安县大光包滑坡水激发效应及启动机理进行研究,研制适用于振动台试验的饱水白云岩相似材料是该项工作重要基础,其试验结果的有效性很大程度上由相似材料原材料及配比决定.以正交试验作为研究方法,选取水为掺和剂,9 000型超细水泥为黏结剂,40目石英砂、铁粉、重晶石粉为骨料,选择40目石英砂/固体材料(A)、铁粉/(铁粉+重晶石粉)(B)、9 000型超细水泥/固体材料(C)作为正交设计的3个因素,每个因素选取4个水平,共设计16组方案配比.对配比不相同的相似材料水稳性指标、密度、抗压强度、渗透系数、弹性模量、水稳性指标等性质指标进行测试,并对试验结果进行敏感性分析,最终确定相似材料配比.敏感性分析结果表明:B因素对于密度控制起主要作用;C因素对于抗压强度、弹性模量的控制起主要作用;A因素对于渗透系数的控制起主要作用.研制的饱水白云岩相似材料可为后续斜坡模型试验提供重要参考和依据,也可广泛应用于采矿、水利、地质及岩土等工程领域模型试验.
STUDY ON THE SIMILAR MATERIALS RATIO OF SATURATED DOLOMITE IN LARGE SHAKING TABLE TEST
In order to carry out the research on the water excitation effect and starting mechanism of Daguangbao landslide in Anxian County.It is an important basis for this work to develop a similar material of saturated dolomite suitable for shaking table test.The validity of the test results depended on the correct selection of similar materials and the reasonable determination of the ratio.In this paper,the orthogonal design method was used.and water was selected as the admixture.Selecting water as admixture,9000 type ultra-fine cement as binder.Selecting 40 mesh quartz sand,iron powder and barite powder as aggregate.Taking 40 mesh quartz sand/solid material(A),iron powder/(iron powder+barite powder)(B)and 9000 type ultra-fine cement/solid material(C)as three factors of orthogonal design.Each factor was set with 4 levels,a total of 16 sets of ratio schemes.The water stability index,density,compressive strength,permeability coefficient,elastic modulus,water stability index and other physical and mechanical properties of similar materials with different proportions were tested.And the sensitivity analysis of the test results was carried out to finally determine the proportion of similar materials.Sensitivity analysis results show that:factor B plays a major role in density control;factor C plays a major role in the control of compressive strength and the elastic modulus;the A factor plays a major role in the control of the permeability coefficient.The developed saturated dolomite similar material can provide important reference and basis for subsequent slope model test.And can also be widely used in model tests in mining,water conservancy,geology and geotechnical engineering fields.
