摘要

现有的高填方回填工艺多数为土石混合料回填,土石分层回填的研究案例较少.为研究土石分层填方地基的强夯加固效果,采用现场试验结合数值模拟的方法,研究碎石层厚度为1m、2m、4m、4.5 m的填方地基强夯加固效果.结果表明:强夯加固后,土石互层地基岩土体的干密度、含水率、孔隙比、压缩模量、地基承载力均得到了大幅度改善,土石互层地基强夯加固效果可以满足工程设计要求;随着碎石层厚度的增加,土石分层回填地基的强夯加固深度降低;在固定夯击能级、夯锤落距、夯击次数等因素的前提下,碎石层厚度为1m、2m、4m、4.5m时的强夯加固效果均可以满足工程设计要求,但满足要求的夯击数并无明显的变化规律.

Abstract

Most of the existing high fill backfill processes are earth-rock mixture backfill,and there are few research cases of earth-rock layered backfill.In order to study the dynamic consolidation effect of earth-rock layered fill foundation,field tests and numerical simulation are used to study the dynamic consolidation effect of fill foundation with the thickness of gravel layer of 1 m,2 m,4 m and 4.5 m.The results show that:After dynamic consolidation,the dry density,moisture content,pore ratio,compression modulus and foundation bearing capacity of soil-rock interlayer foundation have been greatly improved,and the effect of dynamic consolidation can meet the requirements of engineering design;With the increase of gravel layer thickness,the strengthening depth of dynamic consolidation decreases;Under the premise of fixed tamping energy level,tamping hammer drop distance,tamping times and other factors,the dynamic consolidation effect can meet the engineering design requirements when the gravel layer thickness is 1 m,2 m,4 m,4.5 m,but the number of tamping that meets the requirements has no obvious change law.
