Abstract
The novel Hopeless Escape by Russian writer Yuri Polyakov has been in existence for 23 years.The passage of time has not only preserved its quality but also endowed it with more interpretive space and significance.It provides a narrative style of"everyday life novels stream"for contemporary Russian literature:wherein daily life becomes the"flesh"of historical narration,granting a rich texture and warmth to the otherwise coarse history.The novel"recreates"life situations,"suspending"explanatory analysis and"rejecting"evaluative judgments,allowing life to return to its true essence."Desire writing"is an important element in the narrative of daily life,showcasing the author's most emotionally charged topic and pioneering discourse practice.It encompasses the recognition and affirmation of desires,critical deconstruction,and value reconstruction.The"everyday life stream novels"and desire narration have left a weighty literary evidence of historical memory for an era and a shared community of knowledge.
