为了解决因增程器转速控制波动导致的整车抖动、NVH异响、发电效率低的问题.现设计了一种用于混合动力汽车增程器的转速控制算法,经过台架测试和整车应用表明,所述算法能有效提高混动汽车增程器转速控制性能,满足整车低油耗、强劲动力、静谧平顺的驾驶体验的产品需求.
Speed Control Technology and Application of Range Extender for Hybrid Electric Vehicle
In order to solve the problems of vehicle jitter,abnormal NVH and low power generation efficiency caused by the fluctuation of range extender speed control,this paper car-ries out the design of speed control algorithm for the range extender of hybrid electric vehicles.The bench test and vehicle application show that the described algorithm can effectively improve the speed control performance of the range extender of hybrid electric vehicle,and meet the product demands of the low fuel consumption,the strong power as well as the quiet and smooth driving experience.
