随着科技的飞速发展,电机制造技术、电力电子技术及计算机控制技术的显著进步,伺服控制系统在数控机床、机器人等机械控制领域中的应用愈发广泛.现设计与实现了一种基于数字信号处理器(DSP)的电机伺服控制系统,该系统选取无刷直流电机(BLDCM)作为核心驱动机构.通过运用先进的控制策略,该系统成功实现了对电机转速和电流的双重闭环控制,从而大幅提升了控制的精准度和稳定性.详细阐述了该系统的硬件与软件设计,深入剖析了各个模块的功能与实现原理.同时,通过一系列实验,充分验证了系统的可靠性和卓越性能.该系统不仅具备高精度、高响应速度的特点,还展现出良好的稳定性和鲁棒性,为伺服控制系统在各类机械控制领域中的广泛应用奠定了坚实基础.这一创新设计无疑将推动伺服控制技术的进一步发展.
Design and Implementation of Motor Servo Control System Based on DSP
With the rapid development of science and technology and the significant pro-gresses of electric motor manufacturing technology,power electronics technology and computer control technology,the applications of servo control system in CNC machine tools,robots and other mechanical control fields are more and more wide.This paper elaborately designs and im-plements a kind of motor servo control system based on digital signal processor(DSP),which selects the brushless DC motor(BLDCM)as the core driving mechanism to successfully control the double closed-loop of motor speed and current by the advanced control strategy,thus greatly improves accuracy and stability of the control.This paper describes the hardware and software designs of the system in detail,analyzes the function and realization principle of each module in depth,and fully verifies the reliability and excellent performance of the system through a series of experiments.The system not only has the characteristics of high precision and high response speed,but also has the advantages of good stability and robustness,which lays a solid founda-tion for the wide application of servo control system in various mechanical control fields.This innovative design will undoubtedly promote the further development of the servo control technol-ogy.
