Performance Analysis of Box-Type High-Voltage Single-Windings Two-Speed Induction Motors
According to the variable-pole adjustable-speed theory of three-phase induction motor,this paper introduces the wiring method and electrical control principle of 4/8-pole 72-slot single-windings two-speed motor,and designs a 4/8-pole box-type high-voltage single-windings two-speed induction motor.The motor is calculated by RM module in ANSYS Maxwell software,and a 2D finite-element model of the motor with different poles is established based on the calculation results.This paper simulates the rated working conditions of the motor with dif-ferent pole numbers,and then researches the magnetic force line distribution of the motor with different speeds.Finally,it simulates and analyzes the locked-rotor torque and locked-rotor current of the motor with different pole numbers,and verifies the rationality of the motor per-formance.
