无轴螺旋桨转子动平衡的工艺研究与应用

无轴螺旋桨转子由于加工桨叶产生误差的原因导致其质心与中心轴线不重合,从而在电机额定工况运行时产生机械振动,严重时导致危险和不规则现象.现以无轴螺旋桨转子为例,从理论分析入手,总结得出螺旋桨转子动不平衡矢量在两端校正面间相互影响,需要通过矢量合成进行计算从而达到平衡精度要求,设计了无轴螺旋桨转子动平衡的辅助工装,研究在无法去重的情况下采用材料置换实现平衡的工艺方法.
Technology Research and Application of Dynamic Balance for Shaftless Propeller Rotor
Due to errors in paddle blade machining,the mass center of a shaftless propeller rotor will not coincide with the central axis of that,which will result in mechanical vibration of the motor operating at the rated condition,and even will lead to danger and irregularity in severe case.This paper takes a shaftless propeller rotor as an example to summarize the mutual influence of the dynamic unbalance vector of the propeller rotor between the two end calibration faces,which should be calculated through vector synthesis to meet the balance accuracy requirements.This paper carries out the design of an auxiliary tools for dynamic balance of the shaftless propel-ler rotor,and researches a process method to achieve balance by material replacement in situation where weight cannot be removed,which can provide the reference for peer.
