Research on Resistance Brazing Technology of Aluminum Windings
Under the white heat competition situation,the cost pressure of various wind power manufacturers is increasing day by day.Under the premise of withstanding the test of time and ensuring the reliability of operation,each manufacturer tries to reduce the cost by ev-ery means,so the stator aluminum windings structure is pushed onto the historical stage.It has the obvious cost advantages compared with the current copper windings structure,especially the aluminum windings brazing has higher efficiency and better conductive quality.The technology has the significant market competitiveness,is the development direction of domestic mainstream wind power production plants in the future period,and has begun to carry out the research.
