摘要

全腹腔镜下全胃切除术已逐渐成为早期胃癌的标准术式之一,但全腹腔镜下全胃切除术食管空肠消化道重建难度较大.该文就全腹腔镜下全胃切除术食管空肠Overlap重建技术要点进行了总结,以期缩短专科医生学习曲线,进一步改善胃癌病人预后.

Abstract

Laparoscopic total gastrectomy(LTG)has gradually become one of standard procedures for early gastric cancer(GC).However,the difficulties of overlap esophagojejunostomy anastomosis for LTG restrain its wider applications at some hospitals.This summary focused upon the technical essentials of Overlap esophagojejunostomy anastomosis for LTG.It was intended for shortening the learning curve of specialists and further optimizing the outcomes of GC patients.
