摘要

气体状态方程被广泛应用于计算CO2的各项物性参数,但CO2物性参数对温度和压力较敏感,不同状态方程计算的结果有偏差.针对目前常用的状态方程开展适应性研究,基于不同温度和压力条件下CO2物性参数实验值对比分析了不同状态方程的计算结果.结果表明:1)GERG对CO2密度及压缩因子具有较高的计算精度.计算CO2密度时蒸汽区平均相对偏差小于0.5%,气相区小于1%;2)SW方程计算CO2定压比热的平均相对偏差为0.29%,计算焦汤系数的平均相对偏差为0.87%;3)Fenghour法计算的黏度最大相对偏差不超过0.5%,平均相对偏差为0.34%,计算结果误差较小;4)V-W法对CO2导热系数的计算结果与实验值较吻合,其平均相对偏差仅为1.24%.研究结果为油气田开发过程中涉及的CO2物性参数计算提供了一定的参考依据.

Abstract

The gas equation of state is widely used to calculate various physical parameters of CO2.However,the CO2 physical property parameters are sensitive to temperature and pressure,and the results calculated by different state equations deviate.In this paper,the adaptation of the currently used state equation was investigated,and the calcu-lation results by different state equations were compared and analyzed based on experimental values of CO2 physical parameters at different temperature and pressure conditions.The results show that:1)GERG has high accuracy in calculating CO2 density and compression factor.The average relative deviation in the calculation of CO2 density is less than 0.5%in the vapor region and less than 1%in the gas phase region.2)The average relative deviation of the SW equation is 0.29%for calculating the specific heat of CO2 at constant pressure,and the average relative deviation is 0.87%for calculating the Joule Thomson coefficient of CO2.3)The maximum relative deviation of CO2 viscosity calculated by the Fenghour method does not exceed 0.5%,and the average relative deviation is 0.34%.4)The re-sults of the V-W method for the thermal conductivity of CO2 are in good agreement with the experimental values,with an average of only 1.24%relative deviation.
