摘要

在钻井、水力压裂、注水等过程中,地层中的黏土矿物易发生水化膨胀和运移,影响油井产能.针对黏土膨胀的问题,室内合成了 一种小分子量有机胺类黏土稳定剂ETP-1,对反应的合成条件进行了优化,通过红外光谱检测确认了合成产物的结构,并对其抑制黏土膨胀和颗粒分散的能力进行了评价.实验结果表明:1)ETP-1的最佳合成条件是二乙烯三胺与环氧氯丙烷摩尔比为2∶1,反应温度为75 ℃,反应时间为2.5h.2)最优条件下合成的ETP-1黏土稳定剂在2%加量下防膨率为86.67%,可在100 ℃下保持良好的防膨率,且具有良好的耐冲刷性能.3)与无机盐复配后,防膨效果明显提高,与CaCl2按1∶1比例复配,用量1%时防膨率达到92.22%,且其长效性较无机盐有了明显提升.4)岩屑回收实验和扫描电镜分析结果证明,ETP-1具有抑制黏土颗粒分散的作用.该实验中所取得的成果认识,可为小分子量阳离子型黏土稳定剂分子的设计、合成和评价提供参考.

Abstract

During drilling,hydraulic fracturing,and water injection,clay minerals in the formation are prone to hy-dration,expansion,and migration,affecting the productivity of oil wells.To address the problem of clay swelling,a small molecular organic amine clay stabilizer ETP-1 was synthesized,and the synthesis conditions were optimized.The structure of the product was confirmed by infrared spectroscopy,and its ability to inhibit clay swelling and par-ticle dispersion was evaluated.The experimental results show that l)The optimal synthesis conditions of ETP-1 are the molar ratio of diethylenetriamine to epichlorohydrin is 2∶1,the reaction temperature is 75 ℃,and the reaction time is 2.5 h.2)ETP-1 clay stabilizer synthesized under the optimal conditions has an anti-swelling rate of 86.67%at 2%dosage,which can maintain an excellent anti-swelling rate at 100℃ and has good scouring resistance.3)After compounding with inorganic salt,the anti-swelling effect is significantly improved.When compounded with CaCl2 in the ratio of 1∶1,the anti-swelling rate reaches 92.22%when the dosage is 1%,and its long-term effect is significantly improved compared with inorganic salt.4)The results of the rock debris recovery experiment and SEM analysis show that ETP-1 can inhibit the dispersion of clay particles.The results obtained in this experiment are expected to provide a reference for the design,synthesis,and evaluation of small molecular cationic clay stabilizer molecules.
