摘要

为保障海域天然气水合物安全高效钻井,针对常用的动力学抑制剂成本高、污染大的缺点,开展了可降解生物聚合物抑制剂对水合物的生成、分解抑制和防聚结效果实验研究.结果表明:1)羧甲基壳聚糖、黄原胶和果胶和壳聚糖盐酸盐对水合物的生成具有明显的动力学抑制作用,其中壳聚糖盐酸盐对水合物的抑制作用最强,可延长水合物诱导时间至40 min;2)羧甲基壳聚糖、黄原胶和果胶、壳聚糖盐酸盐、壳聚糖季铵盐对水合物分解具有抑制作用;3)相比于纯水,羧甲基壳聚糖和果胶的扭矩峰值更低,且无明显的聚结现象,可以作为无油体系防聚剂;4)羧甲基壳聚糖、黄原胶、果胶具有很好的耐低温性,可以在2.5%的盐浓度下将滤失量控制在15ml内.以上成果认识可为海域水合物动力学抑制剂的合理选择提供借鉴.

Abstract

Kinetic inhibitors are commonly used To ensure the safe and efficient drilling of natural gas hydrates in the sea area,but they are expensive and cause extensive pollution.An experimental study was carried out on the effect of degradable biopolymer inhibitors,decomposition inhibition and anti-agglomeration on hydrate formation.The result shows that carboxymethyl chitosan,xanthan gum,pectin,and chitosan hydrochloride have apparent kinetic inhibito-ry effects on the formation of hydrates,among which chitosan hydrochloride has the strongest inhibitory effect on hydrates.It can prolong the hydrate induction time to 40 mins.2)Carboxymethyl chitosan,xanthan gum,pectin,chitosan hydrochloride,chitosan quaternary ammonium salt have inhibitory effects on hydrate decomposition.3)Com-pared with pure water,carboxymethyl chitosan,and pectin have lower torque peaks and no obvious agglomeration so that they can be used as anti-aggregation agents for oil-free systems.4)Carboxymethyl chitosan,xanthan gum,and pectin have high good low-temperature resistance,the filtration loss can be controlled within 15 ml at a salt concentration of 2.5%.The above achievements provide a reference for the rational selection of marine hydrate kinetic inhibitors.
