Sweet spot prediction and main geological factors analysis of shale oil reservoirs based on factor analysis
In order to improve the accuracy of sweet spot prediction in shale oil reservoirs,and to solve the difficulties in constructing sweet spot index caused by numerous influencing factor,a correlation analysis was conducted between shale oil influencing factors and productions.Then,the main factors constructed by factor analysis were used for sweet spot prediction in shale oil reservoirs,and the main geological factors of shale oil reservoirs were studied by factor analysis.The results show that:1)The short-term statistical production has a good correlation with geological sweet spot parameters such as porosity× saturation,shale content,and TOC,which can reflect the changes in sweet spots of shale oil reservoirs;2)The two main factors constructed by factor analysis in the paper have a good correlation with the sweet point index of shale oil reservoirs,which can reflect the changes in sweet points of shale oil reservoirs in the study area and reduce the complexity of sweet points prediction;3)The abnormal value of formation pressure is the first main geological controlling factors of shale oil reservoir sweet spot,which represents the energy of formation;the shale oil abundance is the second main geological controlling factors of sweet spot in shale oil reservoirs,which represents the oil content of shale oil reservoir.The clay content has a negative impact on shale oil production.The above achievements have certain guiding significance for the exploration and development of shale oil reservoirs.
