江苏省超低能耗被动式建筑技术应用分析

摘要
旨在探讨适宜江苏省气候特征的超低能耗被动式建筑技术路线。从江苏省开展低能耗建筑的工作背景入手,简要介绍了江苏省目前着力发展超低能耗被动式建筑的现状。结合江苏省超低能耗被动式建筑示范项目案例,对目前江苏省被动式建筑常用的技术应用情况进行了总结分析。在此基础上,重点从围护结构保温性能、遮阳隔热、湿度控制、可再生能源应用等方面讨论了适宜江苏省的被动式建筑技术路线,并指出了目前江苏省发展被动式建筑存在的问题。
Abstract
This paper aims at discussing the technical roadmap of the ultra-low energy consumption passive building which is compatible with the climate features of Jiangsu. Starting with the development background of the low energy consumption building, it outlines the status of passive house development in Jiangsu. Combined with the passive building demonstration projects, the technique application for passive buildings in Jiangsu is analyzed. It studies the suitable technical roadmap of the passive building in Jiang-su, and points out the existing problems of developing the passive building.
