灰砂比对无水泥砂浆性能的影响

摘要
以超细粉煤灰、石灰和石膏为胶凝材料,砂子为骨料,完全不使用水泥,制备无水泥干混砂浆,研究灰砂比对砂浆流动度、保水率、凝结时间、抗压强度、拉伸粘结强度和收缩率的影响,并利用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和X射线衍射仪(XRD)对砂浆的水化产物的微观形貌和化学成分进行分析.实验结果表明:灰砂比为1:3.8时,砂浆的各项性能达到最佳.
Abstract
The mortar is prepared by using superfine fly ash, lime and gypsum as cementing material, sand as aggregate and without cement. The effects of the ratio of cementitious materials and sand on mortar fluidity, water retention, setting time, compressive strength, tensile strength and shrinkage are studied. The mortar structure and properties are characterized by SEM and XRD. Results show that the cement-sand ratio is 1:3. 8, the performance of mortar is best.
