Passive low-energy technology is one of the important ways to achieve building energy saving and help achieving the double carbon goal, and reasonable optimization of low-energy buildings can maximize their energy-saving potential. The climatic characteristics of the hot summer and warm winter climate zone determine the particularity of low-energy technology in the application of architectural design in the region. In order to seek an optimal design strategy suitable for low-energy buildings in the northern district of hot summer and warm winter, this paper takes a low-energy building located in Fuzhou City as the research object, adopts a combination of qualitative and quantitative research methods, and uses Ecotect on the basis of qualitatively refining the low-energy technology contained in it.The software optimizes the thermal characteristics of the enclosure and the enhances design of natural ventilation, and proposes a thermal design optimization scheme suitable for low-energy buildings in the area. The research results can provide a theoretical basis for the thermal design of local low-energy buildings, and can also provide technical support for the application and promotion of low-energy buildings in this climate zone.
