摘要

近年来活动式表皮成为了办公建筑立面设计和性能优化的重要手段,对室内光环境、热环境和能耗均有影响.因此,首先针对广州地区设计办公建筑活动式折叠表皮的形式,以室内照度情况作为表皮运动的控制方式,并在Ladybug与Honeybee平台上模拟得到全年表皮开启状态,接着对不同朝向办公室的不同表皮情况(活动式表皮、固定式横向百叶、无表皮)的光热性能和能耗性能进行模拟研究.以无表皮的情况作为参考基准,计算活动式表皮和固定式横向百叶相对无表皮的性能优化比(全年自然采光有效面积扩大比、全年眩光舒适时长延长比、全年自然通风热舒适时长延长比、节能率),发现南向和西向办公室采用活动式折叠表皮具有明显的性能优化效果.

Abstract

In recent years,movable skins have become an important means of office building facade design and performance optimization,which have influence on indoor light environment,thermal environment and energy consumption.Therefore,this study firstly designs the form of the movable folded skin of the office building for the Guangzhou area,takes the indoor illumination as the control method of skin movement,and simulates the open state of the skin throughout the year on the Ladybug and Honeybee platforms.The photothermal performance and energy consumption performance of different skin conditions(movable skin,fixed transverse louvers,no skin)were simulated and studied.Taking the case of no skin as a reference,the performance optimization ratio of movable skin and fixed horizontal louvers is calculated,which is relative to no skin(enlargement ratio of annual natural lighting effective area,annual glare comfort time extension ratio,annual natural ventilation and thermal comfort time)extension ratio,cooling energy consumption and energy saving rate).It is found that the use of movable folding skins in the south and west offices has obvious performance optimization effects.
