摘要
健康建筑是响应"健康中国"战略的重要载体,贯彻健康建筑建设理念,营造符合使用者身体、心理和社会需求的办公空间环境,是我国办公建筑的未来发展趋势.以某办公建筑改造项目的健康实践为例,从设计和运营两个角度,围绕活力设计、健康环境、健康服务及健康文化等多维度,探究健康办公建筑建设的关键技术措施及管理服务策略.介绍了办公空间融合碎片化健身元素的活力设计,室内空气、水质、噪音、照明、热湿、灵活空间等多方面的健康物理空间环境建设,以及健康培训教育、人文功能空间建设、文化活动及应急资源配置等多方面关注使用者精神健康的服务和文化打造方法.项目实践可以为健康办公建筑的建设提供参考.
Abstract
Healthy building is an important carrier in response to the"Healthy China"initiative.It is the future development trend of office building in China to carry out the concept of healthy building and create an office space environment that meets the physical,psychological and social needs of users.Taking the healthy retrofitting of an office building as an example,this paper explores the key technical measures and management service strategies of healthy office building construction from the perspectives of design and operation,centering on vitality design,healthy environment,health service and health culture.The vitality design of office space integrated with fragmented fitness elements is mainly introduced,as well as the healthy physical space environment construction in many aspects such as indoor air quality,water quality,noise,lighting,heat and humidity environment and flexible space,and the health services and cultural construction to focus on user's mental health from the aspects of health training and education,humanistic function space construction,cultural activities and emergency resources allocation.The project practice provides reference for the construction of healthy office buildings.
