重力热管群治理矸石山自燃试验及热能利用研究

Spontaneous Combustion Test of Gangue Mountain Treatment by Gravity Heat Pipe Group and Related Heat Energy Utilization

自燃矸石山因造成严重环境污染和诱发地质灾害引起人们极大关注.然而,矸石山内部蕴含丰富的热能资源往往被人们忽视.为了治理矸石山自燃并利用其内部丰富的热能资源,开展了重力热管群治理矸石山自燃试验及热能利用效果研究,计算了热能资源存储量并提出了不同热能利用模式.结果表明:(1)经过为期90d的重力热管群治理,矸石山内部温度呈现出不同程度的下降,下降的最大温度超过120℃.(2)分析降温半径可知,重力热管有效控温半径为2m.半径为1m的区域范围内,温度降幅可达到15℃.(3)大垴梁自燃矸石山 10m深度内蕴藏的热能资源量约为7.83×1013 J.热能资源可用于建筑供暖、温室大棚供暖和热电转化发电.
The spontaneous combustion gangue mountain has attracted significant attention because of causing severe environmental pollution and inducing geological disasters.However,the rich internal thermal energy resources are often ignored.In order to control the spontaneous combustion gangue mountain and make use of its abundant internal heat resources,the study of gravity heat pipe group to control the spontaneous combustion gangue mountain and the effect of heat energy utilization were carried out,the storage capacity of heat energy resources was calculated and different heat energy utilization modes were proposed.The results show that:(1)After the treatment of gravity heat pipe group for 90 days,the internal temperature of the gangue mountain decreases to different degrees,and the maximum temperature decreases by more than 120℃.(2)The analysis of the cooling radius shows that the effective temperature control radius of the gravity heat pipe is 2 m.Within a radius of 1 m,the temperature drop can reach 15℃.(3)The amount of thermal energy resources contained within 10 m depth of gangue mountain is about 7.83×1013J.Thermal energy resources can be used for building heating,greenhouse heating and thermoelectric conversion for electricity generation.
