摘要

合理的建筑节能设计方法对于降低建筑能耗具有重要的意义.为了研究建筑节能设计中各项参数与建筑能耗的影响关系,以济南市某新建办公建筑为研究对象,采用DeST-C软件建立了建筑模型并对模型建筑的逐时全年冷负荷进行了模拟计算,选取了影响建筑全年冷负荷的4 个因素进行模拟分析,分别是建筑朝向、窗墙比、外墙传热系数和外窗传热系数.通过正交试验法分析了各因素对建筑全年冷负荷影响的主次关系,并通过方差分析得到了各因素对建筑全年冷负荷影响的显著程度,最终得到了模型建筑全年冷负荷最小时4 个因素的最优组合方案,为建筑节能设计提供了思路和理论依据.

Abstract

Reasonable building energy efficiency design method is of great significance for reducing building energy consumption.In order to study the relationship between various parameters in building energy efficiency design and building energy consumption,taking a new office building in Jinan as the research object,the building model is established using DeST-C software,and the hourly and annual cooling load of the model building is simulated.This paper selects four factors that affect the annual cooling load of the building for simulation analysis.They are building orientation,window-to-wall ratio,external wall heat transfer coefficient and external window heat transfer coefficient.The primary and secondary relationship of the influence of each factor on the building's annual cooling load is analyzed through orthogonal experiment method,and the significance of the influence of each factor on the building's annual cooling load is obtained through variance analysis.Finally,the optimal combination of the four factors of the model building's annual cooling load is obtained,which provides ideas and theoretical basis for building energy efficiency design.
