摘要

当前公共建筑运行阶段能耗及碳排放总量较大,既有公共建筑节能改造重要性日益凸显.北京市持续开展既有建筑节能改造工作,强化建筑节能降耗.通过对北京市部分公共建筑绿色化改造项目调研以及节能改造信息收集,分析了绿色化改造措施的节能效果及经济性,总结了节能改造项目成功经验.研究发现照明系统改造、供热空调通风系统改造及行为节能的节能效果和经济性较好;在节能改造过程中要注重"软""硬"兼施,既要注重设备设施上的"硬"改造外,也要加强建筑节能运维管理、行为节能等"软"管理.相关阐述为建筑业主、运维方等提供各项改造措施可参考数据,助力既有公共建筑节能改造发展.

Abstract

At present,the total amount of energy consumption and carbon emissions in the operation stage of public buildings is large.The importance of energy-saving retrofit of existing public buildings is increasingly prominent.Energy-saving retrofit of existing buildings has been carried out continuously in Beijing,and building energy conservation and consumption reduction have been strengthened.Based on the investigation of some green retrofitting projects of public buildings in Beijing and the collection of energy-saving retrofit information,the energy-saving effect and economy of green retrofitting measures are analyzed,and successful experience of energy-saving retrofit project is summarized.It is found that the energy-saving effect and economy of lighting system retrofit,heating,air-conditioning and ventilation system retrofit and behavioral energy-saving are better.In the process of energy-saving retrofit,both"soft"management such as building energy-saving operation and maintenance management and behavior energy-saving,and"hard"retrofit of equipment and facilities should be focused.The research provides reference of the energy-saving retrofit for building owners,operation and maintenance parties,etc.,and helps to promote the energy-saving retrofit of existing public buildings.
