摘要

研究中小学建筑用能现状和能耗特征是实现中小学建筑能效提升的重要基础.通过对天津市74 栋既有中小学建筑的实地调研,以及对建筑特点、用能人员现状、制冷供暖形式、实际运行能耗、能源管理状况等分析,研究了天津市中小学建筑的整体能耗水平以及能耗特征.结果表明:天津市中小学建筑的非供暖能耗水平较低,其中 90%以上低于非供暖能耗约束值;"煤改电"后采用空气源热泵供暖的中小学建筑的供暖能耗水平较低,73%低于供暖能耗引导值;乡镇中小学建筑能耗高于城市中小学.2005 年之前建造的中小学建筑的能耗水平存在两极分化现象,就此现象提出了天津市中小学用能管理及能源应用形式的建议.

Abstract

It is an important basis for improving energy efficiency of primary and secondary school buildings to study the current situation and characteristics of energy consumption.Based on the field investigation of 74 existing primary and secondary school buildings in Tianjin,their overall energy consumption is studied by analyzing the building characteristics,current situation of energy users,cooling and heating forms,actual energy consumption and energy management.The results show that the non-heating energy consumption of primary and secondary school buildings in Tianjin is low,of which more than 90%is lower than the non-heating energy consumption constraint value.The energy consumption of these school buildings using air source heat pumps after"changing the coal to electricity"is low,73%below the guiding value of heating energy consumption;The building energy consumption of township primary and secondary schools is higher than that of urban primary and secondary schools.The energy consumption of primary and secondary school buildings built in 2005 and before is polarized.
