摘要
合同能源管理作为市场化手段,在节能改造中发挥着积极的作用.新形势下,合同能源管理模式由于市场化机制灵活,已经成为节能服务企业的主要经营模式之一,并在集中供热系统节能改造中发挥着重要的作用.以山东地区某集中供热信息化管理平台节能改造为研究对象,利用节能效益分享型合同能源管理模式,对原有热网现状和用能情况提出综合技术方案并对现系统进行提升改造.项目实施后,集团下属各供热分公司取暖季节能总量整体呈逐年上升的趋势,热网运行管理水平和供热能力大大提高,通过对近6 个采暖季的节能数据分析,累计节能效益1.79 亿元以上,产生了较好的经济效益和节能效益,为热力公司供热系统整体改造提供了良好的借鉴.
Abstract
Contract energy management,as a market-oriented approach,plays a positive role in energy-saving retrofits.In the new situation,the contract energy management model has become one of the main operating models for energy service companies due to its flexible market mechanism,and it plays an important role in energy-saving retrofits of centralized heating systems.The energy-saving retrofit of a centralized heating information management platform in Shandong Province is researched.Following the implementation of the project,the total energy consumption during the heating season of each subsidiary of the group has shown an increasing trend year by year,and the operation and management level of the heating network and heating capacity have greatly improved.Through the analysis of energy-saving data from nearly six heating seasons,cumulative energy-saving benefits of over 179 million yuan have been achieved,generating good economic and energy-saving benefits,providing valuable reference for the overall transformation of heating systems by thermal power companies.
