摘要

装配式建筑技术与太阳能技术作为现代建筑技术的两个重要发展方向,是实现绿色建筑与建筑行业节能减排的重要路径.太阳能技术在装配式建筑中的创新应用有利于充分发挥装配式建筑节能减排的优势,同时可以促进零碳建筑和零能耗建筑的实现,两种建筑技术的结合也是建筑行业发展的必然趋势.因此,如何在装配式建筑中充分利用太阳能技术成为很多研究者关注的问题.对国内外现有装配式建筑主被动式太阳能技术应用研究进行归纳总结,梳理两种技术体系结合过程中存在的问题与特殊性,并给出未来两种技术结合的设计要点与发展建议,以期对太阳能技术在装配式建筑中的应用研究有所帮助.

Abstract

As two important branches of modern building technology development,prefabricated building technology and solar technology are the important approaches to green architecture,and energy saving and emission reduction in the construction industry.The innovative application of solar energy technology in prefabricated buildings is conducive to giving full play to the advantages of energy saving and emission reduction of prefabricated buildings.Meanwhile,it can promote the realization of zero-carbon buildings and zero-energy buildings.The combination of the two building technologies is also the inevitable trend of the development of the construction industry.Therefore,how to make full use of solar energy techndogy in prefabricated buildings has become a concern of many researchers.The application of active and passive solar technology in prefabricated buildings at home and abroad is summarized,sorting out the problems and particularities in the process of combining the two technical systems.The main points of the design and development suggestions for the combination of the two technologies are proposed,in order to help the future application of solar technology in prefabricated buildings.
