摘要
手术室通风空调系统对降低患者手术创口部位感染、提高手术成功率和提高医务人员舒适性至关重要.上海市某三级甲等综合医院为进一步改善洁净手术室的气流分布、提高舒适度和降低患者术中低体温的发生率,在洁净手术室中创新性地应用了一种新型组合空调系统,即在局部单向流天花送风系统中辅助加入辐射冷却系统.为验证新型组合空调系统在手术室的优势和性能,研究采用Computational Fluid Dynamics(CFD)数值模拟的方法,对比分析了局部单向流天花送风系统和新型组合空调系统的室内气流组织、温度分布、舒适性指标差异,研究结果表明:新型组合空调系统在洁净手术室中有更好的表现,具体包括能够进一步降低患者术中低体温的发生率,改善室内速度和温度分布不均匀性,提高洁净手术室环境热舒适性.
Abstract
The ventilation and air conditioning system in operating room is very important to reduce the infection of surgical wound site,improve the success rate of operation and improve the comfort of medical staff.In order to further improve the airflow distribution,improve comfort and reduce the incidence of intraoperative hypothermia in clean operating room,a Grade A tertiary hospital in Shanghai innovated a new combined air conditioning system in clean operating room,that is,a radiative cooling system was added to the local unidirectional flow ceiling air supply system.In order to verify the advantages and performance of the new combined airconditioning system in the operating room,the Computational Fluid Dynamics(CFD)numerical simulation method is adopted to compare and analyze the differences in indoor air distribution,temperature distribution and comfort index between the local unidirectional ceiling air supply system and the new combined airconditioning system.The results show that the new combined air conditioning system has better performance in clean operating room,which can further reduce the incidence of intraoperative hypothermia,improve the uneven distribution of indoor speed and temperature,and improve the thermal comfort of clean operating room environment.
