摘要

为了降低建筑能耗,采用以被动式技术为主、主动式技术为辅的设计原则,研发设计了超低能耗被动式房屋,此种房屋具有结构与节能一体化的特点,外墙围护体系常采用的是装配式轻钢组合墙体,应用ABAQUS 和SAP2000 有限元软件研究了一种该类墙体的抗震性能和使用该墙体的房屋整体抗震性能.得出结论:墙体整体抗震能力较好,在模拟地震影响下,墙体龙骨的立柱与横撑相交位置受力相对较大,最先破坏.整体体系模型模态第一阶沿Y轴方向平动、第二阶沿X轴方向平动、第三阶为扭转振型,模型第一阶频率均能够符合我国规范要求,该结构可以抵抗约7~8 级地震.

Abstract

In order to reduce the energy consumption of buildings,the method-"using passive technologies predominantly,supplemented by active technology"is applied to develop and design ultra-low energy passive houses,which can reflect the characteristics of structural and energy-saving integration.The exterior wall enclosure system of ultra-low energy passive houses often uses assembled light steel composite walls.The seismic performance of one of these walls and the seismic performance of the overall system of the house using this wall were studied by applying ABAQUS and SAP2000 finite element software.The overall seismic performance of the wall is good,and under the simulated seismic action,the wall columns are subjected to larger forces at the intersection with the cross braces and are the first part to be damaged.The first order of the overall system model mode is flat along the Y-axis direction,the second order is flat along the X-axis direction,and the third order is torsional vibration type,and the first order frequencies of the model can all meet the requirements of our code,and the structure can withstand earthquakes of about magnitude 7~8.
