Aerobic Fermentation Process of Deep Dewatering Sludge without Auxiliary Materials
In response to the problems of large amount of auxiliary materials and high material cost in the conventional aerobic fermentation process of sludge, the"cavitation wall breaking+ultra-high pressure dewatering technology"is adopted for deep sludge dewatering. The sludge after deep dewatering is used as the raw material, and a tank-type aerobic fermentation equipment is utilized to conduct a pilot test of anaerobic fermentation of sewage sludge without auxiliary materials. The results show that using"cavitation wall breaking+ultra-high pressure dewatering technology"to control the sludge moisture content at 50%and the mixed particle size less than 30 mm,without adding auxiliary materials, pure sludge can also undergo aerobic fermentation. After fermentation, all indicators meet the requirements for land safety utilization in the"Control Standards for Pollutants in Sludges from Agricultural Use"(GB 4284-2018);Moreover,the short fermentation time and significant reduction in material costs provide strong support for further promoting the anaerobic fermentation technology of municipal sludge without auxiliary materials.
