In recent years,the green building in China is gradually moving towards the stage of high quality development,but as an important part of the whole life cycle of green buildings,the operation stage has been neglected,and the actual operational effects of green buildings are not known.Therefore,a set of reasonable and targeted green building post-operation evaluation system is urgently needed to determine the operation effect of green building,which can promote the high-quality development of green building.Combined with the comparative analysis of POE evaluation methods,analytic hierarchy process and entropy weight-TOPSIS methods are selected to construct a set of application effect evaluation model to suitable green commercial buildings.Five green commercial buildings in Hunan province are selected for case study.The index system screening,imperceptibility survey,weight calculation and comprehensive evaluation results are compared and analyzed.And according to the key influencing factors in the operation of commercial buildings,suggestions are proposed from three aspects:design improvement strategy,optimization of green technology application and optimization of evaluation criteria of green commercial buildings.
