The"Dual-Carbon Goals"(realizing carbon peak before 2030 and carbon neutrality before 2060)is an important part of China's green and low-carbon economic upgrade, and buildings,as a major part of energy consumption, are facing a huge challenge. The paper is based on the four factors consisting of solar radiation, ventilation, thermal storage and thermal resistance.A numerical simulation to a south facing general office in Xiamen is carried,by setting a variety of varied skin forms, through the energy simulation software EnergyPlus, the building energy consumption and energy saving rate are compared.Seeking the best way to regulate the building skin under energy-saving conditions to provide some reference for the subsequent building design. The results show that these facades can reduce building energy consumption, and the rate of energy saving is between 2.19%~66.79%,of which the highest is variable shading regulated ventilation.
