国内高效空调机房建设相关技术和相关标准研究如火如荼,但目前厦门市尚未发布公共建筑高效空调制冷机房建设与能效评价相关标准.厦门市乃至夏热冬暖地区的既有公共建筑空调制冷机房系统能效水平具体情况到底如何,新建公共建筑高效空调制冷机房系统能效建设可达到什么水平,如何规范厦门市乃至夏热冬暖地区高效空调制冷机房系统能效评价等一系列问题摆在我们面前.为解决上述问题,采用实地调查、线上调研、文献查阅相结合的方法,从国家政策、标准发布、典型项目能效水平调研三个方面开展了相关工作,为引导未来厦门市高效空调制冷机房建设与能效评价提供基础支撑.
The research on relevant technologies and standards for the construction of chiller water plant systems in China is in full swing.Up to now,there is no standard issue about the high-efficient chiller water plant systems'construction and assessment by the Xiamen Municipal Government.What is the specific energy efficiency level of air conditioning and refrigeration systems for existing public building in Xiamen City and even in the hot summer and warm winter areas?What level can the energy efficiency construction of high-efficient air conditioning and refrigeration systems in newly built public buildings reach?How to standardize the energy efficiency evaluation of high-efficient air conditioning and refrigeration systems in Xiamen City and even in hot summer and warm winter areas?A series of issues are before us.To address the above issues,a combination of on-site investigation,online research,and literature review is used to carry out relevant work from three aspects:national policies,standard releases,and energy efficiency level research of typical projects.This provides basic support for guiding the construction and energy efficiency evaluation of efficient air conditioning refrigeration system in Xiamen City in the future.
