Based on the existing energy consumption monitoring data, with the method of equipment power multiplied by running time, the energy consumption of air-conditioning refrigeration,air-conditioning heating, medical equipment, elevator, office equipment and lighting, logistics equipment and other energy consumption systems in a Third-grade Class-A comprehensive hospital in hot summer and cold winter zone are analyzed. The energy consumption analysis results show that the total equivalent electricity energy consumption of the hospital is 216.0 kW·h/(m2·a),of which the energy consumption of HVAC system accounts for 50.45%,the energy consumption of logistics equipment such as steam for disinfection and hot water for wards accounts for 34.84%,followed by the energy consumption of office equipment and lighting and medical equipment.During the cooling period, the indoor environment of the typical space was tested. The results show that the indoor temperature of the hospital met the level of grade Ⅱ thermal comfort, the humidity exceeds the standard value, and the illumination is generally insufficient. In order to improve the quality of building indoor environment and reduce energy consumption, suggestions on energy saving transformation and operation management are put forward. The energy saving rates of the proposed energy saving renovation measures are calculated by the software of DesignBuilder. The estimated payback period of these energy saving retrofits is about eight years.
