The construction waste is selected as aggregate to manufacturing self-compacting porous block.The influence of hole characteristics is analyzed from both thermal and mechanical properties,determining the basic hole characteristics,designing six optimization model schemes based on these characteristics.The ANSYS finite element software is applied to simulate the heat conduction and compression resistance process of the model,analyze and discuss the heat conduction and loading stress nephogram,and finally combine the numerical simulation results to further compare.Two kinds of optimization models are determined.The results show that the comprehensive performance of rectangular hole block is relatively good,and the hole ratio has the greatest influence on the comprehensive performance of the block,followed by the arrangement mode,hole arrangement number,length width ratio;Among the two types of block optimization models,one is the model 1-NHB3 with good thermal performance and excellent mechanical performance:λd=0.128 3 W/(m·K)and Fm=12.756 MPa;the other is the model 2-NHB5 with stable mechanical properties and outstanding thermal performance:λd=0.108 6W/(m·K)and F=11.126 MPa.
