摘要

建筑电气化替代是实现"双碳"目标的重要途径.空气源热泵机组是寒冷地区供暖电气化替代产品的重要选择.为了解决空气源热泵机组在推广应用中自身结霜、低温适应性的技术问题,以及"供给侧"与"使用侧"之间的适应性问题,在理论研究的基础上,选择典型应用项目案例进行数据测试.通过数据统计分析"开式能源塔"、"闭式能源塔"、模块机组3种不同型式的空气源热泵机组在不同室外环境温度、空气湿度、供水温度等状况下机组运行性能的差异,剖析现有问题,提出解决方案,并提供不同类型空气源热泵机组的应用建议,以期为空气源热泵机组在寒冷地区零碳建筑、近零碳建筑中冬季供暖应用提供实际运行数据参考.

Abstract

Building electrical substitution of electromechanical system is an important way to achieve the"Dual-Carbon Goals"(realizing carbon peak before 2030 and carbon neutrality before 2060)in China.Air-source heat pump units are important alternative to electrification for heating in cold zones.In order to solve the technical problems including self-frosting and low-temperature adaptability of air-source heat pump unit in promotion as well as the adaptability between the"supply side"and the"use side",typical project cases are selected to test based on theoretical study.The operation difference of three types of air-source heat pump units including the"open energy tower","closed energy tower"and modular units are analyzed through data statistics,as well as under different outdoor ambient temperature,air humidity,water supply temperature and other conditions;existing problems are expounded with solutions;application proposals are provided for different types of air-source heat pump units.It is expected to provide practical operation data reference for the application of air-source heat pump unit in winter heating of zero-carbon buildings and near-zero-carbon buildings in cold zones.
