To reasonably improve the poor comfort and low space vitality in complex functional campus space, the application of the post-evaluation method provides a novel idea and tool for the green retrofit design of building space. The Long Corridor off Shenyang Jianzhu University features for the composite functional space. From the perspective of subjective perception, the Semantic Differentia(SD)method and statistical methods are utilized to collect data and calculate the average satisfaction and weight of influencing factors. From the perspective of objective indicators, data such as temperature and humidity, brightness, and A-sound pressure level are obtained through physical indicator monitor, and the compliance rate is calculated according to national standards.Three important factors that affect spatial perception, including spatial perception, physical indicators, and the natural environment are selected.Based on the above monitor results,a green performance retrofit design is completed for the composite space, optimizing the energy utilization efficiency and improving the comfort of the space. This paper conducts a pre-evaluation 可 the retrofit design plan through methods including questionnaire analysis, diagnostic interviews and simulation to demonstrate the effectiveness and rationality of the retrofit plan, and provide a reference for the efficient utilization of compound functional space in universities through the method 可"use-design"mutual feed-forward.
