In response to the problems in the winter heating test of a household air source heat pump system in Qingdao, such as the room temperature exceeds the standard, the heating system is turned on even when the room is unoccupied, the operation control of the system is further optimized and simulated. The energy consumption of the system under different control methods is analyzed by adjusting the room temperature setting value and considering the room usage time, etc. The rooms on the second floor of the building are used only on weekends, and the start/stop settings of the heating-end of the rooms are adjusted. When the set temperature is the same as the measured temperature, the system control by turning off the heating end of the rooms on the second floor that are not in use results in a 21.1%and 20.9%decrease in energy and electricity consumption per unit of floor area. When all rooms are turned on during the heating season and the indoor temperature is set according to the central heating interior design heating temperature of 18 ℃,the energy consumption and electricity consumption per unit area are 81.7 kW·h/m2 and 22.1 kW·h/m2,which are 23.7%and 21.4%lower than the actual system, respectively;when the room on the second floor end is turned on only on weekends and the indoor temperature is set to 18 ℃,the energy consumption and electricity consumption per unit floor area are reduced to 58.4 kW·h/m2 and 15.5 kW·h/m2 respectively.Compared with the actual measured energy consumption, the heat supply per unit floor area can be reduced by a maximum of 45.4%and electricity consumption by 44.9%through operation optimization control. The relevant analysis results provide a reference for the energy-saving operation of the air-source heat pump household independent heating system.
