建筑外墙保温装饰一体板是集建筑节能和建筑工业化于一体的建材产品,拥有施工便捷、缩短工期、减少工程现场环境污染等优点.这种产品主要是由保温材料和面层等部分组成,材料及构造种类的多样性致使产品种类繁多,而目前尚未有相对全面的行业级保温装饰板产品标准,且各种性能产品应用的统一性要求比较混乱,各地方的相关标准参数也有诸多的不统一性和矛盾性,不利于社会和行业对保温装饰板的认知.以建筑保温装饰一体板为对象,通过大量的调研,对保温装饰板关键组成部分、组成部分间组合适用性和整体性能的评价进行研究,主要对保温材料、面板、锚固构造、面板与锚固构造组合适用性、面板与保温材料组合适用性、保温装饰板整体性能进行评价研究,形成优差及推荐程度的等级划分,为行业及社会认识保温装饰板提供一个角度,也供相关评价认证工作参考.
The integrated panel for building exterior wall insulation and decoration is a building material product that integrates building energy conservation and building industrialization.It has the advantages of convenient construction,shortened construction period,and reduced environmental pollution on the construction site.This product is mainly composed of insulation materials and surface layers,and the diversity of materials and construction types leads to a wide variety of products.However,there is currently no relatively comprehensive industry level insulation decorative board product standard,and the unified requirements for the application of various performance products are relatively confused.The related standard parameters in various places also have many inconsistencies and contradictions,which is not conducive to society and industry's understanding of insulation decorative boards.This study focuses on building insulation and decoration integrated panels.Through extensive research,the evaluation of key components,applicability of combinations between components,and overall performance of insulation and decoration panels is studied.The main focus is on the evaluation of insulation materials,panels,anchoring structures,suitability of panel and anchoring structures,applicability of panel and insulation material combinations,and overall performance of insulation and decoration panels,forming a hierarchical classification of advantages,disadvantages,and recommendations,providing a perspective for the industry and society to understand insulation decorative panels,as well as the reference for relevant evaluation and certification work.
