单位面积能耗与人均能耗综合对标方法研究与案例分析

为了公共机构能耗的合理对标,以国家和江苏省能耗定额标准及合理用能指南中指标规定类型为对象,分析了单项指标(单位面积能耗)对标方法和双项指标(单位面积能耗和人均能耗)对标方法,得到了指标判定区间及区域表达式,对比分析两种方法.提出单位面积能耗和人均能耗综合对标方法,推导指标定额限值数学表达及区域表达式.以《公共机构能耗定额及计算方法》中小学定额为例,推导出单位面积能耗和人均能耗综合对标限值及区域表达式.以南京某小学的单位面积能耗和人均能耗指标为例,进行3 种方法的对标,分析对标结果的区别,为公共机构能耗指标的对标提供参考.
In order to benchmark the reasonable energy consumption of public institutions,both the national and Jiangsu provincial energy consumption quota standards and the indicator types specified in the reasonable energy use guidelines are analyzed.The methods of benchmarking with single indicators(energy consumption per unit area)and double indicators(energy consumption per unit area,and energy consumption per capita)are expounded,and the indicator judgment intervals and regional expressions are obtained,and the two methods are compared.A comprehensive benchmarking method for energy consumption per unit area and energy consumption per capita is proposed,and the mathematical expressions and regional expressions of indicator quotas are derived.Taking the energy consumption quota for primary and secondary schools in the"Energy Consumption Quota and Calculation Method of Public Institutions"as an example,the comprehensive benchmarking limits and regional expressions for energy consumption per unit area and energy consumption per capita are derived.The energy consumption per unit area and energy consumption indicators per capita of a primary school in Nanjing is studied,the benchmarking results of three methods are compared and analyzed,providing a reference for benchmarking energy consumption indicators of public institutions.
