With the implementation of the new development concept,all provinces and cities have gradually improved the local action plans for carbon peaking and carbon neutrality.As an important field of carbon reduction,buildings have attracted the social attention.Nowadays,the renovation of old residential communities has been listed as one of the main targets of urban renewal work.The huge stock and the weaken quality of architectural design cannot meet the requirements of energy conservation and emission reduction,and there are also problems such as indoor environment comfort.Therefore,the policy,technological progress and standards are analyzed on the basis of relevant literature studies.The green low-carbon transformation scheme of Wenzhou residential district is calculated with models for its energy consumption reduction and carbon emissions.The implementation path of effective energy saving and carbon reduction in the retrofitting the old residential district is summarized,providing case and data reference for green low-carbon transformation of urban and rural construction mode.
