The heating energy consumption of buildings in northern China accounts for a relatively large proportion of the total energy consumption of building operation in the country,in the context of urban renewal, the energy-saving transformation of existing buildings is imperative and the key link to achieve the"Dual-Carbon Goals"(realizing carbon peak before 2030 and carbon neutrality before 2060)in China. There are significant differences in the energy consumption and indoor environment of different buildings, and it is difficult to carry out thermal performance diagnosis and treatment for existing building groups in a certain area by using traditional thermal performance detection methods of envelopes.Based on the help of UAV infrared thermal imaging technology, this paper studies the construction method of city information model(CIM)-building three-dimensional thermal infrared model library, and proposes a rapid screening method for high heat loss in heating buildings, which provides a theoretical basis for the determination of energy-saving retrofitting projects of existing buildings, which is conducive to realizing the refined and dynamic management of heat loss in the operation of existing heating buildings.
