零碳电力物资仓库的实现路径研究与实践

为响应国家绿色低碳发展要求,推进零碳电力物质仓库建设,结合电力物质仓库的现状特点,阐述了零碳建设所面临的困难.对零碳电力物质仓库的实现路径进行研究,提出零碳电力物质仓库建设按照"减→替→抵→管"的原则开展,即先挖掘节能潜力、减少碳排放,其次加快清洁能源替代、优化能源结构,再通过碳抵消策略作为补充实现碳中和,最后应加强能碳管理,维持零碳的可持续发展,并具体从基础设施、仓库建筑、设备能效、能源利用、资源利用、智慧管理等方面论述了零碳电力物质仓库建设的路径方法.以唐山市某电力物质仓库零碳改造项目为案例,介绍了该仓库建设的实施方案,以期为同类仓库的零碳建设提供参考和示范.
In order to respond to the requirements of national green and low-carbon development and promote the construction of zero-carbon power material warehouse,this paper expounds the difficulties faced by zero-carbon construction in combination with the current situation and characteristics of power material warehouse.This paper studies the realization path of zero-carbon power material warehouse,and puts forward that the construction of zero-carbon power material warehouse should be carried out according to the principle of"reduction→replacement→supplement→management",that is,firstly tap the energy-saving potential and reduce carbon emissions,then accelerate the replacement of clean energy and optimize the energy structure,and then realize carbon neutrality through carbon offset strategy as a supplement,finally strengthen energy carbon management and maintain zero-carbon sustainable development,and specifically discuss the path and method of constructing zero-carbon power material warehouse from the aspects of infrastructure,warehouse construction,equipment energy efficiency and energy utilization and intelligent management.Taking the zero-carbon reconstruction project of a power material warehouse in Tangshan as an example,this paper introduces the implementation scheme of the warehouse construction,with a view to providing reference and demonstration for the zero-carbon construction of similar warehouses.
