The differences and connections between the Nanjing Energy Efficiency Guidelines and the Nanjing Energy Consumption Quota Standards for hospital buildings are analyzed. The sub-energy consumption data of 14 hospital buildings in Nanjing are taken as the research object to analyze the sub-energy consumption values and their proportions for energy-consuming equipment.Based on the proportion of sub-energy consumption observed in the sample,a reference value is set at the 50th percentile. After calculation and normalization, reference values for sub-energy consumption ratios are obtained.By multiplying the energy consumption quotas specified in the Nanjing Energy Efficiency Guidelines and the Nanjing Energy Consumption Quota Standards for hospital buildings with the respective sub-energy consumption proportions, reference values for energy consumption quotas for various sub-indicators in tertiary hospitals are obtained. These reference values serve as a guide for conducting a comprehensive diagnosis and analysis of the energy usage status in the subsystems of hospital buildings.Additionally, practical applications and analysis are conducted on case studies, revealing energy-saving potentials in the lighting system, elevators, and water pumps of the projects. It is recommended to enhance the optimization and improvement of energy consumption for these specific equipment sub-items.
