A comprehensive park in Beijing is analyzed to conduct energy-saving diagnosis and energy consumption analysis based on the current enclosure structure, heating and air conditioning, building lighting, and water appliances. The results show that the proportion of heating and lighting energy consumption in buildings is 58.96%and 10.24%respectively.The data provides a basis for exploring the potential of transformation and determining benchmark energy consumption.Comprehensive energy-saving transformation is carried out through technical transformation measures such as installation of insulation layer of enclosure structure, replacement of doors and windows, replacement of high-efficiency air-conditioning equipment, replacement of lighting lamps and water-saving appliances, etc. The energy consumption of different energy types is normalized to standard coal. After calculation, the energy savings of the modified project are approximately 71.0 tce,the comprehensive energy-saving rate of the reconstructed project is 35.52%,which provides reference for similar energy-saving reconstruction projects of public buildings in the region. The energy efficiency evaluation mostly adopted theoretical simulation calculation methods, and required comparison and support of actual operating data after retrofitting.
