摘要

基于"工业上楼"背景,以多高层厂房建筑为研究对象,通过分析潜在的建筑物理环境舒适度和能耗问题,尝试从绿色低碳维度,针对声环境设计、光环境设计、风环境设计、热环境设计、可再生能源设计,从减少厂房建筑能耗、提升人员办公舒适性的角度出发,提出多高层厂房适用的绿色低碳技术.以重庆地区的一栋标准多高层厂房建筑为分析对象,通过软件模拟分析上述绿色低碳技术的实施效果,以可视化的结果进一步验证技术措施的合理性.通过植入绿色低碳技术,多高层厂房不再是一个单一的生产空间,而可以是舒适的办公活动场所,有利于促进多高层工业厂房朝着绿色低碳可持续的方向发展.

Abstract

Based on the background of"Industrial Upstairs",taking multi-storey and high-rise factory buildings as the research object,by analyzing the potential problems of physical environment comfort and energy consumption,the paper tries to set out from the green and low-carbon angle,for environment design of sound,light,wind,thermal condition,and the renewable energy utilization,from the angle of reducing energy consumption and improving office comfort,the green low-carbon technology for multi-storey and high-rise plant is proposed.Taking a standard multi-storey and high-rise factory building in Chongqing as an example,the implementation effect of the green low-carbon technology is analyzed by software simulation,and the rationality of the technical measures is further verified by the visual results.By implanting green and low-carbon technology,the multi-storey and high-rise plant is no longer a single production space,but can be a comfortable place for office activities,it is beneficial to promote the development of multi-storey and high-rise industrial plants towards green,low-carbon and sustainable direction.
