研究构建了基于"能+碳"双控的高性能围护结构评价指标体系,旨在为高性能围护结构的研究和应用提供新思路、新方法.该评价指标含三级指标:一级指标为不同的建筑气候区,二级指标为技术、经济、社会和环境4个方面的评价指标,三级指标为二级指标延伸的具体性能参数,并综合考虑建筑能耗和碳排放,为建筑节能减排提供有效参考.随着社会对节能减排的重视,高性能围护结构研究备受关注,该指标体系具有广泛应用前景.未来需深入研究和完善该指标体系,发挥其在建筑节能减排中的作用,并探索新的评价方法和手段,结合实际工程案例优化指标体系,提高评价结果的准确性和可靠性.
The evaluation index system of high-performance envelope based on"control of both energy consumption and carbon emission"is constructed,aiming to provide new ideas and methods for the research and application of high-performance envelope.The evaluation index includes three indexes,including 1)different building climate zones,2)four evaluation index of technology,economy,society and environment,3)specific performance parameters of the secondary indexes,integrating the building energy consumption and carbon emission to provide effective reference for building energy conservation and emission reduction.With the attention of energy conservation and emission reduction,the research of high-performance envelope will be concentrated,and the index system has a wide application prospect.In the future,it is necessary to deeply study and improve the index system,give full play to its role in building energy conservation and emission reduction,and explore new evaluation methods and means,and optimize the index system combined with actual engineering cases,so as to improve the accuracy and reliability of the evaluation results.
