A strong driving force for the green transformation and upgrading of the construction industry is formed with the proposal of"Dual-Carbon Goals"(realizing carbon peak before 2030 and carbon neutrality before 2060)in China, which also provide strategic opportunities and development directions.Leading by the rapid development of the digital economy, the digitalization has become an inevitable choice for the transformation of traditional industries.Digital buildings, smart buildings and smart construction sites are highly consistent with the goals of"carbon peak"and"carbon neutrality",which are aimed at intelligence, efficiency, high quality, and low emissions.Based on the era background of"Dual-Carbon Goals",this paper analyzes the digital transformation of construction industry enterprises depending on BIM technology, and explores the feasibility of using BIM driven digital transformation as an engine to promote service innovation in construction industry enterprises. The practical case of an enterprise is introduced, summarizing its achievements in using BIM to develop applications, exploring the role of BIM in driving digital transformation, and providing reference for the transformation and upgrading of large state-owned construction enterprises.
