Building carbon emission is an important sector to achieve"Dual-Carbon Goals"(realizing carbon peak before 2030 and carbon neutrality before 2060)in China.Building carbon emission can be divided into stages such as building materials production and transportation, building construction, building operation and maintenance, building demolition. The carbon emissions in the operation stage account for more than 50%of the total carbon emissions throughout the entire life cycle of buildings. Therefore, concentrating on the carbon emissions during the operation stage is the key to achieve the"Dual-Carbon Goals"in the construction industry. As a large-scale transportation building,high-speed railway station buildings not only consume high energy but also emit huge amounts of carbon during their operation due to their large passenger flow, long operating cycles, complex systems, and numerous equipment. This has a significant negative impact on the urban environment. Therefore, carbon reduction research on railway station buildings is particularly important.Xiong'an Railway Station is analyzed on the carbon reduction effect of"light-driven"building,so as to provide reference for carbon reduction of similar types of buildings.
